Some of the key projects the Yellow Lab Team have been involved are:

• Leading the development of crowd management and operational plans for one of the first mass public events in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This included working in Riyadh alongside local partners to develop all aspects of the events safety and operational plans to international standard and the training of local staff.

​

• Playing a leading management role in the City Operations Team at the London 2012 Olympic Games including assisting with the recruitment and training of over 1200 stewards and operationally managing part of the site outside the Olympic Park.

​

• Establishing and operationally delivering Scotland’s largest free youth music festival for over 12 years attracting audiences of 40,000. This role involves full project management of the festival, developing the event safety plan and presenting to Safety Advisory Group, developing all operational plans and leading the Multi Agency Event Control Room.

• Project managing, on behalf of a sector leading international NGO based in Washington DC, USA, 7 world conferences held in Singapore, Colombia, Panama, Columbia, Germany, India & London

​

• Project managing a range of national events across the UK including Armed Forces Day, Queens Baton Relay, Festivals, Concerts, Holocaust Memorial Day, Educational Events & Award Dinners

• Leading sector leading events programme for Universities across the UK.
